Job Description

GoodRx helps people navigate a complicated healthcare system and make more informed, affordable decisions. We are extending that mission to healthcare professionals (HCPs) with a dedicated HCP Editorial team, which will provide practical, evidence-based content to help clinicians make treatment plans work in the real world.

About the Role:

GoodRx is seeking a physician executive to build and lead HCP Editorial as a strategic functional area within GoodRx Health. You will partner with senior management to establish the long-term HCP strategy and hold final accountability for the function’s results.  This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can set direction, build the systems and team to deliver it, and remain closely connected to the editorial work itself.

This is an opportunity to build a new HCP editorial function at GoodRx and shape how we serve healthcare professionals with trusted, practical, evidence-based content. You will help define the editorial voice, standards, coverage, and experiences that make GoodRx a valuable destination for HCP audiences.

Your mandate is to turn company priorities into a focused editorial program. You will set priorities across specialties, topics, and formats; build the team and operating model; and establish the partnerships, resources, and systems required to deliver high-quality work at scale. This is a builder role for someone who can move comfortably between strategy, clinical judgment, editorial craft, people leadership, and cross-functional execution.

Starting with priority coverage areas and expanding over time, you will lead the development of HCP content across articles, drug information, specialty resources, newsletters, video, and other formats. You will manage and develop the team while remaining directly involved in writing, assigning, editing, and medically reviewing high-priority content. You will be accountable for the function’s clinical and editorial quality, publishing performance, audience value, growth, and long-term sustainability.
