Attention all physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and resident doctors! ReMedi Health Solutions is working with a health system undergoing a significant transformation as we transition to a new Epic system. We are seeking skilled and dedicated medical professionals like you to play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and successful cutover process.

As an Epic Cutover Clinical Backloading Support Partner, you will leverage your medical expertise and Epic Systems proficiency to support our clinical teams during this critical transition. Whether you are a seasoned physician, an experienced physician assistant or nurse practitioner, or a motivated resident doctor, your knowledge, experience, and commitment to patient care will be instrumental in facilitating accurate and efficient order entry, documentation, and data management during the cutover period.

This short-term project offers competitive pay and flexible shift options, allowing you to make a meaningful impact while accommodating your professional commitments. As a provider cutover support partner, you will work closely with our Epic transition team to maintain patient safety, ensure continuity of care, and contribute to the overall success of our Epic cutover.

Project Details:

  • Dates: July 19th - July 21st, 2024 (Cutover period)
  • Shifts:
    • Three 12-hour shifts available
  • Pay: DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and review orders in the new Epic system during the cutover period
  • Assist with documentation and data entry to ensure accuracy and completeness of patient records during the transition
  • Collaborate with the Epic transition team and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth clinical operations during cutover
  • Communicate effectively with clinical staff and provide support as needed
  • Utilize your medical knowledge to ensure appropriate order entry, documentation, and compliance with best practices

Requirements:

  • Active medical license (board certification not required)
  • Proficiency in using Epic Systems 
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical workflows, and best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Please note that this is not a training opportunity, but rather a hands-on order entry, documentation, and data management assistance role during the critical cutover period.
