Job Description

Do you want a seat at the table with biopharma leadership teams and boards? Are you insatiably curious about how the best leaders in the world achieve success? Do you love building and solving? Do you have a passion for healthcare but aren’t sure how to apply it outside the lab, hospital or academia? If you are intellectually curious, enjoy building relationships, and appreciate a fast-paced, highly dynamic, people-oriented environment, we would love to connect with you!

Russell Reynolds Associates is seeking a consultant to join our biopharma/health tech practice. You will be in the board room, on video calls, and in frequent 1:1 discussions with global leaders during high-stakes management decisions. You will play a pivotal role in the success of the most innovative healthcare companies in the world. It’s a demanding, rigorous and highly privileged position. If that excites you, let’s talk!
